Order Processing
In-stock orders placed before 14:00 (GMT+8) on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day; all others ship within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in product or shipping prices. Orders fulfilled from our US and EU warehouses are pre-cleared for most domestic destinations.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To start a return, email support@makerpeak.com with your order number to receive an RMA number and a return address.
- Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer.
- If we shipped the wrong item or a defective item, we cover return shipping and send a replacement immediately.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
- Software licences, opened firmware-locked devices and clearance items are final sale.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and the item, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. For parcels marked delivered but not received, we will open a carrier investigation and reship once the parcel is confirmed lost.
