Shipping and Delivery

How long does my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 3–7 business days within the US and EU from our local warehouses, and 7–15 business days for standard international shipping from Shenzhen.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to more than 60 countries via DHL, FedEx, UPS and local postal services. Tracking is provided for every order.

Will I pay customs or duties?
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Orders shipped from our US and EU warehouses are pre-cleared for most domestic destinations.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and bank transfer for wholesale orders. All payments are processed over an encrypted connection.

Products and Compatibility

Are your products genuine and tested?
Yes. Every batch is sampled and verified in our Shenzhen test lab. We publish real specifications — resolution, KV, wattage and materials — rather than inflated marketing figures.

Will a part fit my printer or my quad?
Each product page lists compatibility and key dimensions. If you are unsure, contact our support engineers with your model and we will confirm before you buy.

Returns and Warranty

What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See our Shipping and Returns page for details.

Do products come with a warranty?
Yes. Most MakerPeak products carry a 12-month warranty. Full terms are on our Warranty and Support page.

Do you offer bulk or reseller pricing?
